Our company offers a wide variety of specialists for different type of vessels, from huge bulk carriers to passenger cruise liners as well as dry cargo ships, tankers, ferries and Offshore Support Vessels Include: SPV Vessels, DP Vessel, AHT, AHTS, Survey Vessels, Tug Boat, Crew Boat, Maintenance Support Services, Offshore Accommodation etc.

Our company offers professional Seafarers for a wide variety of different type of vessels, from Cruise Ships, Container Ships, Ro-Ro Ships, Tankers, Bulk Carriers, LCT, Ferries, etc.

Travel Arrangements
Air ticket arrangement (for on-signer and off-signer) to any part of the world with competitive airfare. In this effort, we are cooperating with International travel agent to get a very competitive seaman rate, e.g. Elsa Holidays Travel
Visa handling to all countries, including US visas. Our company is one of the registered and approved manning agents in Indonesia to process US visa for Indonesian crew.
Domestic and local Transportation, in case required. The ex-crew shall be provided with the domestic flight to Jakarta before taking International flight.
Airport handling and departure acknowledgement
Transit Accommodation will be arranged for crew before departure for joiner who live out of Jakarta, in case required
Employment and Crewing
The crewing management of the Mubarak Maritime Indonesia, PT as marine crew management" consists of highly qualified specialists having rich experience in the formation of sea crews for all types
Recruitment and Selection
Verification of documentation, certification and experience
Assessment of competence and English communication skills using the latest software from reputable International Institutions such as Seagull, Marlins English, etc, and psychological test if required.
Selection of crew for well managed ships to meet our principals demands and state regulations
Maintaining of crew database for efficient recruitment and selection using the latest software.
All documents and certificates checked as per STCW requirements and for its authenticity (checking through government online website; www.pelaut. go.id) and its validity (having minimum 1 year validity from the sign on date We shall keep Seafarers original Passport and Seaman Book which their CV are suitable to the client requirement.
Crew Retention Management

Taking care of personal crew matters
Handling and solving of Crew P&I cases
We shall review crew’s performances and attitudes of each off-signer based on appraisal we got from master, to be used by the Company for the purpose of upgrading, training and rank promotion, in case required
Crew’s appraisal on his previous employment shall be monitored for upgrading and training purposes
Monthly report of on-shore crew status Mubarak Maritime Indonesia, PT Crew Management will provide monthly report of on-shore crew status to the Principal for the purpose of employment and re-employment plan. This report shall be maintained and updated in the special form that can be easily checked by Principal
Crew Tracking
Mubarak Maritime Indonesia, PT is marine crew management shall maintain intensive contact with seafarers who are on-leave as well as crew who are scheduled to be re-employed by the Principal for the next contract to ensure that the on-leave crew will return to work at the appointed time and for the crew to be re-employed for the next contract will join ship on time.
Mubarak Maritime Indonesia, PT is marine crew management shall maintain communication and making legal letter between the crew and MMI as Agent by witness his family to guarantee the client and to avoid the Seafarers in dismissing his responsibility or run away from the ship.
Pre-employment
Medical examination, including drug and alcohol tests, HIV test & covid 19 test part 1,2,3 and booster result by internationally recognized medical centers.
Crew contract and company’s Policy & SMS also familiarization
Provision of working gear (safety shoes, company logo-printed overall, etc) individually or as the client’s requirement
Arrangement of employment contract. Our company can sign the contract on behalf of the Employer, if case required
Briefing on Principal’s policies and regulations
Briefing on ship’s operations, safety and procedures
Flag state license arrangement
It is based on the agreement between the client and seafarer. When required, As manning agency, we shall settle the home allotment payment to crew families within 1 (one) week after the remittance date from the company.
As a form of commitment for continuous improvement, we manage training plan for crew based on crew’s appraisal, particularly on the subject/knowledge that is considered to be lacking and need to be improved. This is one of our methods to make sure that the crew will perform better on his next contract/employment.
The training shall be conducted either in-house or at the third party’s location.
We are doing familiarization and training for crews as a form of our commitment for continuous improvement in order to ensure an adequate supply of qualified personnel to man our Principals’ fleets and to guarantee the safe ship operations.
We provide familiarization on Safety and Seamanship as well as training for Maritime English. For the familiarization and training, we provide software and video viewing which is primarily designed to enhance the competency of our crews sent onboard.
Conduct familiarizations and briefings in order to improve crew’s quality under principal employment, which is as a form of our commitment for continuous improvement.
